The latest installment of Midnight Showing sees the guys head to the cinema to check out the newest film in the 007 franchise, the Sam Mendes-directed Spectre. In what is possibly Daniel Craig’s final foray in the immaculately-tailored suit of James Bond, we get what we usually would be craving: an origin story. However, when it comes to Bond, less may be more. Or, really, more may be more. More pure evil, more world-destroying weapons, more senseless beddings. Less petty personal Blofeld problems. Despite that, we’ll all forget the plot to the film in six months and be munching popcorn once again watching it together.
